The best way for you to actually avoid stress is to do the job or activity you like. After long hours of work, try to do something that you love. If you love tennis, how about playing it after you come back from your work?

3. Reduce the commute
Most of us curse when we commute in a car. Who can wait in the traffic with all the horns from others, and the lame radio deejay? So the best way for you not to curse is to cut down the amount you commute every day.
